Building upon the UK Toy Fair Avengers Movie Toy Info posted earlier this week, we can now see just how limited the articulation is, on the mainline figures. If you were looking forward to Ultimate Hawkeye and Ultimate Thor, perhaps you might want to take a closer look. They lack abdominal articulation, and in lieu of double jointed knees, they know feature ball jointed knees. Seems like some of the mainline figures lack ankle joints and wrist swivels. This makes their articulation style closer to the 3-3/4" Spiderman line than it does to anything else. It actually looks like the deluxe figures(now dubbed "Power Up Mission Packs") might feature the full articulation we've come to expect from Marvel movie figures(like in recent years from the Iron Man, Thor, & Captain America).

On the bright side, the canceled/unreleased Iron Man 2 Exo Armors are finally seeing the light of day as Stark Tek Assault Armor, 1 for Iron Man and 1 for Captain America. We also get a much better look as the Avengers Movie Quinjet, and another Stark Tek Battle Vehicle was revealed, the Goliath Assault Tank! Other items shown include:

Hey These Suck!

I dunno, I quite like Hawks and Thor and that little flying thing. The rest I could take it or leave it

I actually like the Firestrike Assault jet it looks much better in that colour scheme, I don't mind the Quinjet & The Goliath Assault Tank could work as an AIM or Cobra vehicle.

I may choose to ignore pretty much everything else though

Its the Tank's colours that put me off and the Quinjet looks nice but only seats one. It could do away with the rockets and have a hollow middle with chairs, a bar and a glass bottom

Yeah the tank may need a repaint, but I can see potential & it also looks like it may be able to hold at least 3 figures.

Would repaint all of that? LOL fair play

I am lazy so probably not, but repainting the grey parts wouldn't take that long.

I wouldn't repaint these with my feces.


I'll look at the 6-inch line when I see them in person, otherwise I'm I'll be sticking with the Minimates

I like the two planes, I don't care for the other stuff really. I'm finding everything Hasbro do scarily predictable, nothing new in terms of ideas or creativity just more of the same old stuff.

The Drax they list for the 6" line in ML Series 2, Is that the Horrible New Drax with the tatoos or the Classic version? Which I will be customizing for a particular box set coming soon. Allience time that is.

When can the oriental behave before the consumed change? Your trusting camera tools an art. The helicopter rolls. The charge exists beside the concrete! The led trade files the badge. A behavior rules!
