I really glad to see that Hollywood are making a new Judge Dredd film, I hope it's dark and I mean as black as charcoal like the comics.

Also I hope Karl Urban has the chin to play Dredd

But if it is great I hope they dig a big hole place the Stallone version in it and dump 50 tons of concrete on top of it. So it won't see the light of day again

I have little hope for this being good, at least I have my Big Finish audios.

It sucks they couldn't get Duncan Jones, who did the outstanding "Moon", to direct it, which I heard was the original plan.
I would've had more confidence in it.

I actually kinda like the Stallone film, even though it was so offbase from the comic.

But, Karl Urban is always awesome. Even in the shitty movies he's been in.
And they've said like the comics, Dredd never takes his helmet off in the film.

I saw it in the cinema with 3 of my friends, the second Stallone said "I am the law." one of my mates walked out and went to the pub.
Then another one walked out when Judge Dredd took his helmet off and they didn't wait in the pub for us ;(

HAHA TBF Stallones version was quite good, just didnt need the lovey lovey part with Diane Lane nor did it fucking need Schneider in it. The rest was pretty good
